For those interested in building custom homes it is important to note that due to our desire to protect the investment of all Briar Ridge residents we prefer homes be 4,000 sq. ft. or larger on the golf course lots and 3,000 sq. ft. or larger on creek side lots. However, ranches at 2,500 sq. ft. and two-stories at 3,000 sq. ft. may be built on other lots within the development. Lot purchasers are free to choose their own builders and building time frames.
